Bump and Jump Revival Fall 2009
The first ever season of the BnJ Revival Cup was run in September and October 2009. It was a real success, with full grids to be seen in most of the main races, and several prestigious teams involved such as CoRe, E-Team, Ministery of Speed or Renesis.
The season was dominated by the latter of those, with Joachim Souaï taking the drivers’ championship after winning 5 races out of 15, and his team-mate Damien Jourdainne finishing in runner-up position. The final podium position was much more disputed and saw the very consistant MoS driver Jack Ward taking 3rd, just in front of CoRe’s very fast Canadian Kenneth O’Keefe and the BnJ veteran Kevin Myers.
Unsurprisingly, Renesis also got the team’s crown. The fight for 2nd was much more exciting, and saw in the end SRLT with Tommy Ostgaard, Eimantas Kasperiunas and Karl Raudsepp beating the two one car teams CoRe and MoS. The rookie cup was taken by Lims Chebbi.
